About Italian Knish

You may be wondering just how the Italian Knish came about.  It all started in Brownsville, Brooklyn. That’s where we came from. Brownsville was a veritable melting pot of many ethnicities. Irish, African American, Jewish, Asian, Spanish, Russian and Puerto Rican just to name a few.  Not only were these people friends, but some of them became family.
